Stay the Course: How to Make Tea-21 Even Better
The
Surface Transportation Policy Project has released its policy platform for
TEA-21 reauthorization. The platform, "Stay the Course: How to Make TEA-21
Even Better," calls on Congress to build upon the landmark transportation
legislation, the 1991 Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act (ISTEA)
and the 1998 Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21).
