California 2003 - 2004 Initiatives
STPP is launching four initiatives which promote incentives for
improving patterns of growth; focus on the safety and mobility of
children as they travel to school; and involve communities in
critical transportation-related decisions, processes, and planning
projects facing California neighborhoods.
STPP’s role is
ideally to provide technical services and support, help communities
compete for financial resources, and empower people to be leaders.
